The Architectural Review Committee will reviews architectural applications, then make a recommendations for approval or rejection to the Board of Directors. Monthly ARC meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 4:30pm in person at the main Clubhouse at 1131 Commons Drive. Please note that most exterior home improvements have specific criteria that must be adhered to so be sure to review the Architectural Guidelines.

3. Brochure showing specifications about proposed product(s)
4. Contractor’s proposal showing method of installation (Prices may be blacked out)
5. Applications for Heating/Air Installations, Windows and Rooftop Solar Installations and have further paperwork requirements
The Directors will make the final determination at the next regularly scheduled open Board meeting.
For an optimal application process, homeowners are asked to submit their applications one week before the ARC meeting which is always held on the first Thursday of the month. This will allow time for staff and committee members to work with homeowners to ensure that the application is complete before committee review.
